With over 100 pages of guidance notes it is hard to absorb all the options available in SFI 2023.  Our second “snippet” covers the option: LIG2 Manage grassland with very low nutrient inputs (SDAs).  This has a payment rate of £151/ha and is for permanent grassland below the moorland line.  Note - this cannot be “stacked” on top of any existing ES options, any CS options (except SW15 and SW16) and cannot co-locate with any area-based standards in the SFI pilot.  More information is at: SFI Handbook for the SFI 2023 offer.
