The regulations relating to the use of red diesel changed today (1st April 2022). Farmers are still able to use red diesel for agricultural use, however we are being asked to gather information for the fuel companies we work with, so they can update their records relating to your account. Fuel companies need to take all necessary precautions to ensure that they supply rebated fuel (red diesel) only to people who will use it as permitted. Members who order fuel through the Network are being contacted by email to gather the information and thank you to those who have already replied.
