The ELM consultation closes today (31st July) and Defra have been holding a series of webinars over the past few weeks. Their ELM Policy Discussion Document provides information about the proposals and the you can provide feedback on-line on their ELM consultation webpage. Details are still limited about how the scheme will operate but, before the end of this year, Defra is intending to publish information about the national pilot which will start in late 2021. The scheme is being rolled out nationally in late 2024.
