The Farmer Network’s AGMs will follow the usual format of elections for Management Council Members, presentation of the Draft Company Accounts and Annual Report and decisions on the membership subscriptions for the coming year along with an update on Farmer Network activity.
This year at the Company AGM members will also be asked to vote on the proposal to approve a special resolution to amend the Company’s Articles of Association of 2010, to facilitate the creation and adoption of the new Northumberland Network.
