Veg growers wanted in Cumbria

“Grow Local, Eat Local” is seeking farmers able to set aside a minimum of 1 acre a year from 2021 to 2025 to grow fruit and veg crops.  The National Lottery Climate Change Fund will fund initial soil analysis, seeds/plants/trees and access to specialist machinery and equipment if required.  The project includes training and will guarantee a market for your crops.  Interested?  Contact Lynn Barnes of Vista Veg on 07584 251352.
