Defra has updated the Criteria for the Environment Agency to use when enforcing the Farming Rules for Water, particularly for autumn and winter applications of organic manures.  The Farming Rules for Water have been in operation since April 20218 but this criteria provides updated guidance for the Environment Agency when enforcing these rules.   Enforcing the Farming Rules for Water - GOV.UK
