This Wednesday, Adam and Kate were delighted to meet with The High Sheriff of Cumbria, David Beeby, and representatives from Cumbria Community Foundation (CCF).  Our thanks to Matty and Dani Blair for hosting the visit at Thrimby Grange and to the Farming Ambition Programme participants Murray, Holly and Rachel who joined us.  This was a great opportunity to discuss the many challenges and uncertainties facing the farming community and how to help young people develop their farming ambitions.  We are extremely grateful for the support CCF provides for projects including our Farming Ambition Programme.  We have 5 places for young people on the next round of the Programme - contact Kate@thefarmernetwork.co.uk or call 07548934282.
