The euro exchange rate for calculating BPS payments for 2018 has now been set and is €1 = £0.89281.  As a comparison, the 2017 exchange rate was €1 = £0.89470 so little change since last year.  Defra reports that the Rural Payments Agency will start to make payments from the beginning of December (although they haven’t said which December!….)
