Eco Four brings the largest change to the grant scheme since their inception . This is great news for properties most in need. We recently completed a project where a house went from an epc rating of G1 and the final result was A98! This involved internal wall insulation, room in roof insulation, first time central heating, air source heat pump and a solar panel package! The result was nothing short of incredible.
