We are expecting information about the 2021 Stewardship schemes to be published on 9th February. We understand there will be a new Air Quality capital grant scheme for infrastructure and equipment designed to reduce ammonia emissions. The maximum grants for this new air quality scheme and both the water capital grant and the Hedgerow and Boundary schemes will each be £20,000. The deadline for applying for these grants is expected to be the end of April and we recommend contacting your Catchment Sensitive Farming officer as soon as possible if you are interested in the air quality or water capital grants. More information will follow as soon as the new schemes are published.
