We found out this week that our application to Natural England’s facilitation fund for farmers in the Alston/Slaggyford area of the North Pennines has been approved.  We now have funding to work with the group for 3 years from June 2023 helping them assess the environment on their farm and the potential for environmental schemes and private finance.
