LOOK OUT FOR SFI & CAPITAL GRANT AGREEMENT OFFERS

Many farmers that applied to the Capital grant scheme last year, or who submitted SFI applications before the scheme closed are now receiving agreement offers.  This will be because Defra started a new financial year on 1^st April.  Look out for an email and keep checking for messages on your Rural Payments Agency account at least twice a week.  If you are offered an agreement, you will only have 10 working days to accept the offer – easy to miss during the busy lambing and calving period.
