Farm Productivity and Slurry Grants now open
This week, the Farming Equipment and Technology Fund opened for applications for the Farm Productivity and Slurry themes. There are standard grant rates for each item of approximate 40% – 50% of average costs. The minimum grant is £1K and the maximum is £50k. Note that the Animal Health and Welfare theme is not yet open - Defra says it will open “shortly” (probably when everyone is busy lambing!)
The guidance notes include a list of the equipment and you apply on the following portal - Farming Investment Fund service. The deadline for the farm productivity and slurry grant schemes is midday on 17th April.
