FARMING EQUIPMENT & TECHNOLOGY FUND OPENING 29TH MAY

The Farming Equipment and Technology Fund (FETF) offers grants of up to £25,000 for equipment to improve productivity, manage slurry and improve animal health and welfare.  The scheme is competitive and there is an uplift in points by 20% if you can demonstrate you have contacted your vet about the animal health and welfare items.  Applications are also more likely to be successful for the productivity and slurry equipment if you have claimed less than £10k of FETF grants in previous rounds.  For all themes, it may be worth looking at low value items of equipment with “high” points to increase the “average” point score for your overall application.  More information and the guidance notes are at: Farming Equipment and Technology Fund 2025 - GOV.UK.  The scheme will open on 29^th May and the deadline is midday on 10^th July.  We are holding a Zoom call for members at 12.30pm on the day the scheme opens – see details in our events section.
