The Farmer Network has been asked to facilitate two new Prince’s Farm Resilience Programme groups starting this autumn based around Kendal in South Cumbria and Alston in North East Cumbria. The programme includes one to one support and a series of 6 evening workshops with national speakers covering topics including business planning, costings and succession.  These will take place between October 2020 and March 2021 with the opportunity for further workshops over the summer on topics chosen by the group members.  Participation is free and the meetings include a hot supper.  We are looking to recruit 20 farm businesses for each group and for more details, please contact Carol Moffat for the Kendal group (E mail:  Carol@thefarmernetwork.co.uk) and Kate Gascoyne for the Alston group (E mail: Kate@thefarmernetwork.co.uk), or call our office on 01768 868615.  For more details, click on The Prince's Farm Resilience Programme.
