We have contacted all the funders of our training voucher scheme asking for permission to issue vouchers to those over 40 as well as under 40.  So far, all the Cumbrian funders have said yes and we are just waiting to hear back from the Yorkshire Dales. We have also agreed to fund up to £200 of the cost of training, rather than 50% of the cost up to £200.  This is a great member benefit and if you are interested in doing training and want to apply for a voucher, please call the Farmer Network office on 01768 868615.
