We have heard a rumour that information about 11 new endorsed SFI actions will be published later in November. Endorsed actions require approval from Natural England or Heritage England and the new actions include some existing Countryside Stewardship options such as managing wood pasture, orchards and various grassland options. Interestingly, we understand that the wood pasture endorsed action will only be for maintaining existing wood pasture and not for wood pasture creation which will only be available within Higher Tier.
