RABI WINTER FUEL GRANT – LOTS OF APPLICATIONS

It appears that RABI was swamped with lots of applications on the day this grant scheme opened on 27th January.  It was closed just a few hours after it opened and we know of many farmers that were disappointed they couldn’t apply.  It demonstrates the impact of the changes to the Government Winter Fuel allowance and the financial difficulties many farming families are facing this winter.  We will highlight this with other potential funders.
