Our Next Generation programme for those aged between 18-40 began in July 2024. The Next Generation programme is for those individuals who are interested in developing a business idea or progressing their own business. Five different workshops were delivered over the course of the year. These included marketing and diversification, diversification in action, accountancy, business planning and a grants/funding online seminar. We engaged with 20 young people on the programme, Our Next Generation Panel (made up of Management Council members) awarded five of the group grant funding towards their business venture. Our Next Generation programme is continuing in 2025.
