Grow Yorkshire is a Local Enterprise Partnership initiative bringing together all the organisations involved in Yorkshire’s agriculture and food industries.  Their website, at www.growyorkshire.co.uk, contains information about the resources available to farmers and they are also trying to secure funding for a Farm Business Advice service.

Grow Yorkshire wants farmers to complete a survey to help them understand how the industry is dealing with change and the issues you are facing to help them shape future support.  All entries will enter a draw to win a Brown & Co “Fit for the Future” strategic business review.

Why is this important?  Future funding for business grants eg for diversification is likely to come through the Local Enterprise Partnerships through the Shared Prosperity Fund rather than direct from Defra.  We need to make sure that the LEPs understand the needs of the industry so please participate in this survey.
