The Farmer Network will be holding face-to-face AGMs in our three areas. The meetings will include an update on Farmer Network activity, elections for Management Council Members and the presentation of the Draft Company Accounts and Annual Report. We will be joined by guest speakers and a buffet supper will be provided at the end of each meeting.
Our Company AGM, where the Annual Report and Accounts are adopted and Membership Subscriptions for 2025 are decided, will take place online to enable members from all areas to attend. Nomination forms can be found below.

Proposal to amend the Company’s Articles of Association of 2010, to facilitate the creation and adoption of the new Northumberland Farmer Network following the inaugural Northumberland AGM held on Monday 10th February 2025.

- 31st December 2024, Deadline for any resolutions for each 5pm Management Council and/or the company AGM.
- 6th January 2025 Deadline for details to be posted on the Farmer Network website for the agenda and any resolutions to be considered at the AGM.
- 13th January 2025 Deadline for nominations to the office by 9am Cumbria Management Council.
- 21st January 2025 Deadline for nominations to the office by 9am Yorkshire Dales Management Council.
- 27th January 2025 Deadline for nominations to the office by 9am Northumberland Management Council.
