The Growth Programme has now closed but Cumbria LEP recently announced a new grant that may be suitable for larger scale farm diversification projects.

This scheme can support investment in established SMEs with capital grants of between 10-40% of the total investment.  The minimum grant is £50,000 and maximum is £200,000.  There is a guideline of 1 job per £30,000 of grant and the project must be completed by 31 December 2020.  More information is at: https://www.thecumbrialep.co.uk/business-support/growing-our-potential/.  Call Veronica if you would like more details on 01524 782797.
