JOINT NFU/FARMER NETWORK HEALTH & SAFETY SOCIAL

Following the success of our joint workshop back in February, we are working with the NFU on a joint Health and Safety social evening at Low Beckside Farm hosted by the Ernest Cook Trust.  There will be free food and the opportunity to hear from speakers covering a variety of topics including safe handling of livestock and machinery.  The NFU’s Farm Safety Adviser, along with representatives from Cumbria Fire and Rescue, Paragon Vets, Carrs Billington, the Cumbria Rural Crime team and RABI will all be available for a chat.  Book on EventBrite at https://bit.ly/HS22JULY, call 02476 939401 or email nfu_north@nfu.org.uk.  Certificates will be given to attendees at the end of the evening and so booking is essential.
