Defra’s Capital Grant scheme opened yesterday (Thursday 30th July) with £225 million available for field boundaries, trees and orchards, items that improve water and air quality, Natural Flood Management and feasibility studies. 50% of the budget has now been allocated. 50% of budget allocated so please make sure you apply soon to make sure you don’t miss out on this window. There are funding limits of up to:
- £25,000 for the air quality, natural flood management and water quality themes;
- £35,000 for boundaries, trees and orchards.
