The Lake District National Park Partnership is consulting on their new management plan for the Lake District. You can find out more and submit your views here and consultation drop-in sessions are taking place on:
- Saturday 6th December - Muncaster Castle (Stable Yard) - 9am - 2pm
- Wednesday 10 December - Keswick Information Centre (Moot Hall) - 10am - 2pm
- Tuesday 13 January - Marchesi Centre, Windermere - 3pm - 7pm
It is vital that the opinions of farmers and rural communities are represented and the consultation finishes at the end of January 2026.
