There are just 10 days to go before the 17th May BPS deadline and guidance notes for the 2021 scheme are here. One of the changes this year is the removal of all 3 “greening requirements”, although other rules still apply to protect permanent grassland. This will be the first year of the planned reductions to BPS and you can calculate your payments from 2021-24 on Defra’s Direct Payment Reduction Calculator.
