The Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) application window opened this week with the normal deadline of 15th May.  BPS payments will set in £ Sterling rather than in Euros now that we have left the EU, but Defra has confirmed that payment rates will be the same as in 2019 and will be paid from December 2020.
