HOW TO MAKE YOUR FARMING RELATED BUSINESS A REALITY

Are you aged between 18 and 40? Do you have aspirations of running your own farm or starting a business related to farming?

Our free series of workshops over the Winter will help you on your journey and enable you to network with other young people in the industry.

Our first meeting on 6th November will be led by James Hadwin who farms near Kirkby Lonsdale and is also an independent consultant.

James will share the story of how he took over Mansergh Hall farm and developed a sheep’s milk enterprise - “Love Ewe” dairy - and implemented change in the business.

He will also cover how you can analyse your proposed business idea and the things to consider when developing a business plan.
