Find out about the Farming Rules for Water, what happens during an Environment Agency visit, what grants and support are available and how to make best use of slurries and manures.  The meeting is being funded by West Cumbria Rivers Trust with speakers including the Environment Agency, CSF Officer Laura Teasdale, Veronica from the Farmer Network and WCRT.  This event is an opportunity to check what you need to do to comply with an Environment Agency inspection before they turn up at your farm-gate!  Pie and peas will be served at the start of the meeting.
